Living room comes with queen sleeper sofa and 36" TV, cable, DVD/VCR and stereo.  Master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and TV. 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 new twin beds and a TV. Both have private full bathrooms. Ground Floor bedroom has a queen bed and TV with bath and walk in shower. Walk out from your living room thru the sliders to your own private splash pool.  Take a dip after a long day of being at the parks in your own private pool.  Pool heat is needed mostly year round and brings the water temp up to 104 degrees for just $15/night.  This must be scheduled prior to your arrival.
